Notes ----- Recipe Notes: Put 1/2 gallon water in pot Add booster and dissolve Add DME and boil past break Put 1 gallon cold water and concentrate to keg Add wort to keg, top up water Aerate, pitch, aerate
Batch Notes: - My calcs come to 1.74lb of Corn Syrup/Sugar Syrup per can of Minute Maid concentrate. - Lactose Intolerance of consumer leads to use of Xylitol. Calculation based on others who have used in ciders.
