I am not a fan of Sorghum, but if you are making this for someone who reacts badly to gluten, they will love you for going through the effort.<br /><br />One thing that I have noticed with my Gluten-free beer is that my Gluten-free syrup (mine was brown rice instead of sorghum) does not attenuate very well.
